FAQs

The DataIQ Awards honours both companies and individuals that have demonstrated excellence in the data industry over the past 12 months. As the data and AI industry’s most prestigious awards, over 400 entries were received in 2025.

Entries open early next year. Fill out the form below to be the first to know when they go live!

Anyone within the data and AI industry is encouraged to enter. There is a fair and open system of judging each entry, which makes the DataIQ Awards equally accessible to both small and large organisations.

Post-event write-up and social media promotion of the winners will contain information from the award entry and attachments. If any part of your entry is confidential, please indicate this in your submission and we will ensure that those parts are not shared.

A set of entries is assigned to each judge to match their field of expertise. The judging process is carried out individually on a digital platform where scores from one to five are given to each entry considered. These scores are then aggregated for each entry and the entry with the highest score is selected as the winner of that award.

If there is a tie in scores, the chair of judges makes the final decision to select the winner. All categories are considered for the Grand prix, with the winner achieving the highest score overall taking the top prize.
