Kshitij is a Senior Vice President for global analytics and AI services business at EXL, a NASDAQ-listed leader in data analytics, digital operations, and solutions. In his role, he works with Fortune 500 companies to unlock mutual business value by applying an innovative yet pragmatic set of solutions in data, analytics, AI, and reengineering. He has close to two decades of industry experience and has established himself as an authoritative leader and an industry voice in navigating complex, data—and AI-driven business transformation. He joined EXL as a founding member of the Analytics business in 2006.

He has also played a variety of other roles in enterprise innovation, market, and product development. Before EXL, Kshitij worked in investment banking at Bank of America.
